I agree that these are very nice. My book does explain these processes correctly (and more clearly, I think, than Apple's docs), but the "flowchart" summary is a really great idea - an idea so great, in fact, that I'm thinking of stealing it... :) I can think of a *lot* of places in the book that would benefit from this kind of visual summary. m.
