This is almost certainly the wrong list to be asking (plus you'll get rapped for cross posting).

But I suggest you go through all the instructions carefully listed on the iTunes Connect site, in particular how to obtain a code signing certificate, how to install it, sign your app, etc.

Once you've done that, you have to use Build & Archive and then you can upload the built, signed, package containing your app (not the raw app itself) to iTC using the organiser or the App Uploader utility.

It's a somewhat involved process, and it needs to be done just so.

You can also try searching the archives on the apple developer forums, and if not answered there, ask the question in the same forum.
