Obviously no one would expect things like the Classic folder, or various Carbon-related folders to be migrated. However, I think that the standard, still very much relevant folders like the Preferences folder, the QuickLook plugins folder, the Fonts folder, etc. very definitely should be replicated unless we want to encourage developers to hard-code paths, which is what will happen in the absence of a decent FSFindFolder() replacement.
