Updating NSMenu while it's open

Hi All,

I have a NSMenu with dynamically added NSMenuItems. The NSMenu is not
refreshing properly while it's kept open.
The NSMenu update method is called in NSRunLoopCommonModes.

I appreciate any help with this.
