Basic constraints: Cancel & OK buttons

So, here's a basic question about constraints: How do I make a sheet with Cancel and OK buttons, such that the two buttons keep the same width? This doesn't seem possible to do by simply dropping a couple buttons in IB. I'm sure it can be done programmatically, although I'm not sure of the best approach.
