I did Font Book → File → Validate File... with /System/Library/Fonts
It told me that all 37 fonts were ok.
It also told me: "There were no duplicated fonts found on your system."
Also: the Mountain Lion partition is a duplicate of the Lion partition (or the other way round) + Install Mountain Lion.app.
