I think you need to give a bit more information. What platform for a start, iOS or OSX? You have drawings you want to animate, ok, how many? Is it a fixed animation (can you just encode the whole thing as a video file) or do you want to animate something dynamic? How long is the animation, how many frames, what have you tried?
