Using RBSplitView or BWSplitView programmatically

Hello,

I'm trying to implement a Split View that can collapse and expand its
subviews gracefully. I've rolled out my own code and found that its not yet
polished enough and I don't know how long it will take. I'm now considering
using BWSplitView or RBSplitView as these two do exactly what I need and
have been extensively used which also means debugged.

Both RBSplitView and BWSplitView were meant to be used with IBuilder but as
we know it no longer supports ibplugins so all I can do is try to use them
programmatically. Has anyone done that? Can you help? Looking at the source
I'm not clear on how to start.
