I haven't seen this. I have seen an MKUserTrackingButtonBarItem that doesn't set its image correctly after the MKMapView it's associated with changes the user tracking but I didn't get a single reply from here, so I guess nobody had a clue and I'm the only one in the entire universe of iOS to suffer from this problem, or the only one using an MKUserTrackingButtonBarItem with an MKMapView. That happened after starting to use the iOS 6 SDK.
