Well I’d go with a conditional like:
#if TARGET_OS_IPHONE
typedef CGRect NSRect;
typedef CGSize NSSize;
typedef CGPoint NSPoint;
#define NSMakeRect CGRectMake
#define NSMakePoint CGPointMake
// etc
#endif
and go with NS* variants.
