No apologies needed. I posted it so you could read it. (Of course I'd *like* to be rewarded if my work has helped you, but obviously that's between you and the long dark tea-time of the soul.) At the moment the *entire* iOS 6 version of the book is available to read for free, so I encourage people to look it over while they can, as I don't know how long I'll be permitted to keep it up.
