I agree. Under some circumstances we show a progress dialog. Now that we're using NSOpenPanel, our progress dlog appears on top of the Open dlog, giving the user the illusion that they didn't actually click the Open button because the dlog didn't go away. It should go away as soon as the Open button has been clicked.
