I wasn't offering an opinion on whether it was a good idea or not - if you read the rest of the thread you'll see there has already been much discussion about that. In this case, it's not your machine, it's a different user's machine, that is presumably going to be operated in a kiosk-like mode or in some particularly locked-down scenario. So I don' think you need to worry that this will end up on your desktop.
In any case, having browsed through much of the system library I couldn't casually identify anything that looked relevant, so I think my suggestion was pretty moot anyway.
