Already tried that. I doesn't draw with a different glyph like Carbon did (and Cocoa *should* be doing). And yeah, not caring about compact keyboards - our users already have real keyboards. :) I'm going to write up a bug. How many years has Cocoa been around and it's still not as complete as Carbon in so many ways. It's like they designed a new mode of transportation, added lots of whiz-bang features inside, but forgot to include an engine. It's so annoying as a developer who's trying to modernize existing apps.
