Flash inside an app

  • Subject: Flash inside an app

Hey, per OSX app-store regulations would an app be approved if it loads a flash player inside a uiwebview but does not show that view, instead expanding on the callbacks from it and creating a new experience and adding new functionality to that service!?
I know Shiny Groove does something similar for the Grooveshark service, is it ok?

Thanks,
Alexandru
