Jens, seems like you slightly misunderstood the query. I don't want this
behavior in "my app". I would like to know if there is any setting which
enables this functionality by default in all the apps (at OS level).

For instance, I usually work with 5-6 Xcode windows open at the same time
where 2 of them can be belonging to the same project. I wish to keep
toggling between those particular 2 windows, instead of making an entire
cycle of traversing through all 6 windows.
