NSSavePanel and 10.6.8

  • Subject: NSSavePanel and 10.6.8

I have searched but cannot find anything about NSSavePanel not returning a correct directory path or directory URL if the path is at the root of a drive, i.e if the user selects or if I set a directory URL which is /Volumes/Drive/Dir all that i returned when =directoryURL is called is /Dir

Is there any documentation on this incorrect behavior on 10.6.8?
