This would be a very serious issue and the constants of CONSTRAINTS should never get automatically changed in Xcode 5.

Are you sure it's not just changing the frames? According to some of the bugs you've filed the constraints are intact but the frames are getting messed up because of a different bug (to be fixed in an upcoming update).
