"Note: The security transforms API supports only symmetric encryption and decryption. For asymmetric encryption and decryption, you must use a lower-level API, such as [the deprecated] CDSA. For more information, see the CryptoSample sample project."
If transforms are actually capable of working with RSA, this needs a documentation bug filed post-haste.
