Well, what did you type?
It's not really usual to start an OSX project by typing code, at least until you have a working template to type it into.

Create a new project and use one of the built-in templates to give you a working base. I suggest 'Cocoa Application', but leave 'document besed' unchecked. Then, before typing anything, try selecting 'Run' and check that it does build and run without problems. This wole process should only take a few minutes, and gives you a working app to build on. Anything that fails after that is down to you, so just try one step at a time.
I have no idea what the error message means either, but it looks as if you typed something odd into a place that didn't expect it.
