Nope - this is good ol 10.9.latest

Restart fairly often, so not that I think.

I did better, I deleted the application entirely, checked it wasn't in Applications for the Launchpad, it was not, then re-installed it from the installer which put it back in Applications, with an icon and back in the launchpad .. without one still. Launchpad doesn't like my app.
