NSOpenGLView and setNeedsDisplayInRect()...

Question:

I have an NSOpenGLView with a ā€œ3Dā€ table and a ball on top. The ball will move. Is it more efficient to use setNeedsDisplayInRect() and if so how would I do it for this 3D application? Thanks.
