No he didn't. He said in fact that it doesn't crash, but there's a backtrace from an uncaught exception in Console logs.

It's in the doc I linked to. Scroll to the "lldb.macosx.crashlog" part.
I've never tried with an exception backtrace, but there's likely enough info it that doc to do it all.
