Your number is obviously out of scope.
This works:
UInt64 sum = 1649463153695818612UL;
NSString *sumString = [ NSNumberFormatter localizedStringFromNumber:@(sum)
numberStyle:NSNumberFormatterDecimalStyle];
printf("%s",[sumString UTF8String]);
