State Restoration with Multiple Storyboards

Hi,
I am working on a project with multiple storyboards. i want to
implement the state restoration in this project. i am having a problem in
linking the ViewControllers on second storyboard in the state restoration
process.
encodeRestorableStateWithCoder & decodeRestorableStateWithCoder methods are
getting invoked only for the Main storyboard ViewControllers.
How to link the second storyboard in the state restoration process.
Any idea is highly appreciated.
