I’m wondering why I got a warning when I downloaded the sample Apps then?

When I tried to download the following I got a warning saying the code was out of date and shouldn’t be trusted:

SimpleScriptingObjects
SimpleScriptingProperties
SimpleScriptingVerbs
SimpleScriptingPlugin

From the Apple Developer site? I’ve never seen that message before, when I compile I get a couple of warnings about non AppleScript related deprecations but the code surrounding AppleScript seems to work ok.
