Actually reading this again, before you bother with the Info.plist suggestion I just sent, why don’t you check “OS X Deployment Target” in the build settings and make sure they’re set to the same thing for your app and your included binaries? Setting the OS X Deployment Target should cause LC_VERSION_MIN to be added to the Mach-O binary.
