If you select your project from the navigator, you can add frameworks by selecting Build Settings in the center Editor window.
From there, there are 4 items that appear, "Target Dependencies", "Compile Sources", "Link Binary With Libraries" and "Copy Bundle Resources".
Select and expand "Link Binaries With Libraries" and there is a + sign that appears below it. If you click on the +, you will be presented with a sheet that has a search field and a list of frameworks that you can add to your project.
I hope this gets you in the right direction.
