No. I am still getting

CGSReenableUpdate: unbalanced enable/disable update

messages in the system log.

I filed a bug report (21040416) in September 2015 but never heard back from Apple. I generally get no response to my bug reports. Occasionally when I really need a response I will submit a DTS request and ask for a workaround to the previously submitted bug report.

Others are having this issue as well.
