I am not an admin, but… This is not a question about Cocoa APIs, so it seems off-topic on this list.

Also, the type of code you’re asking about can equally well be used for malware, so I’m really uncomfortable with discussing it. (I wasn’t aware that there is a way to get control of event handling inside the login window; that’s pretty scary.)
