Turn off Window Snapping on Sierra

Hi,

is there any way to disable the window snapping feature introduced in macOS Sierra in an NSWindow subclass? I have an own snapping-like feature in my NSwindow subclass which works a little bit different than Apple’s implementation and the two are interfering on Sierra.
