ANN: New unofficial developer mailing lists

You may have seen the announcement that the xcode-users mailing list is going away. On the assumption that it’s only a matter of time before the rest of lists.apple.com follows suit, I’ve taken the initiative to make a new set of mailing lists at groups.io. So far there’s an Xcode and a Cocoa list.

The top-level group is at: https://apple-dev.groups.io/g/main
On that page you’ll see a section called “Subgroups”, which links to:
	Xcode list: https://apple-dev.groups.io/g/xcode
	Cocoa list: https://apple-dev.groups.io/g/cocoa

I believe you have to join the top-level group first to be able to subscribe to the child groups, but you can change the settings independently. Much like Google Groups, you can view and interact with messages in the web like a forum, as well as getting emails of individual posts or digests.

Tell your friends!
