Thanks, at least it’s not just me.
I haven’t changed anything AFAICS, it just started doing it. Just as suddenly,
it has stopped doing it after I retried several times, and then left it a
while! At least it started working, but I wish it wasn’t so unpredictable, and
that I had some understanding of what’s going on.
