Steve (and Captain Steve), we want a Mac version! Make it so <g>
I don't usually post "me too" messages, but this one is important. A
Mac version would knock the socks off of any Mac RIP. It's pretty
obvious--PressReady is gone, the Epson RIP is way too limited, iProof
bites the big one. The Mach I RIP would be poised to be the only
decent RIP on the Mac. I'm not sure what the point is of waiting for
MacOS X. I don't think users are going to care what MacOS is running
the RIP. It's not like you have to sit in front of a RIP all day. How
about a MacOS 9 verison now and X later? An Epson 5000 with an iMac
running the Mach I RIP would be one hot solution, fast and easy to
implement.
