Unable to connect CB to SpectroScan

Hi List

I just got my new G4, & no more able to get ColorBlind SW (Pro &
ProveIt!) connected to my SpectroScan. The HW connections are seems to
be OK since I'm able to connect via another SW (Gretag's KeyWizard &
Monaco).

My setup:
Keyspan USB-Serial adapter (dual), driver ver. 1.7 connected directly to
the Mac
G4 450 dual
OS 9.0.4
ColorBlind Pro 3.6
ProveIt! 1.5.4
