Is there a simple way for me to check the parameters of the profiles that come
with Photoshop?

For instance, the "Description" box at the bottom of "Color Settings" tells me
that US Sheetfed Uncoated v2 has 260% ink coverage, but doesn't tell me the dot
gain or black ink limit.
