ColorVision's website has a method of testing your video card for
compatibility. It is at www.colorcal.com

Several, in fact the majority of them, these days.

Which monitor "spectro" works?
Again, several, but the most affordable, and one of the best is the Monitor
Spyder, which should also show up at the ColorVision site.

Yes, the latter being the distinguishing feature, but be sure your monitor
calibration package can precalibrate the guns, to take advantage of this
feature.

.icm or .icc should do fine. But be aware that most low cost (and many
not-so-low-cost) profiling packages do not allow you to distribute the
profiles you make. If in-house means in *your* house or office building, then
chances are that you will be okay. I am a firm believer in profiling though
the RIP or driver that will be printed though, which means on the platform
used, as the tend to print differently.
