That error number does not seem to be an OS or ColorSync error. It's
probably from your application.
If it is in relation to color you can check your profile integrity
with Profile First Aid - that may find the error. You should also
check that you have upgraded ColorSync to 3.0.1.
Incidentally has anyone else noticed that ColorSync 3.0.2 is
available on some new Macs? Any idea what the difference is?
