I looking for a good monitor (19" to 22"), with the best prize/perfomance
factor. Please, what are the best for prepress?

Prepress Monitors typically are expensive for a few reasons. These reasons are very important and should not be overlooked. Prepress monitors hold calibration for a longer period of time and have a fine dot pitch for reading small fonts in layout applications. If money is no object, Barco MegaCalibrator is an excellent monitor. If money is an issue, buy a Press View or LaCie electron22blue. I use LaCie monitos and I am happy. I would invest in some software and hardware for monitor calibration and profiling. I use Colorblind ProveIt! with the Spectrostar Spectrocam and it works wonderfully. I also use ProveIt! to measure the color temperature of my surrounding light in my design studio. (All of the available light is dayling balanced flourescent) Hope this helps...
