Well, the profiles now have both the Ascii name and the Mac script code
string but they still do not show up in the LaserWriter dialog.

I have to agree with Chris here. When these profiles were showing up I
did manage to get a few tests out where I was using the Color Matching
Tab in the LaserWriter. The results were close to my scan but overall
the greens were too saturated and my neutral areas were slightly yellow.

Then, after input from the members of this list, I did a P2P in
Photoshop from RGB to the custom profile, and choosing this same profile
for the space setting I then got excellent results.

I was using the previous workflow, of choosing my profile in the Color
Matching Tab, as a matter of convenience. It is frustrating to learn
that the two methods produce dissimilar results.
