Hi, I have a new job and they work with binuscan. I don't know this software
so I asked but they don't know either, they just use it(One company installed
it years ago). I visited the website, they have some info BUT I would like to
know your comments about this software. I have work on photo retouching before
but the info and the comments I've found makes me think that this software
makes more than enough with the pictures. On the website I've found that it
convert the pictures to YCC and RGB on the way. This maybe good but takes the
control away from me if I'm using some special cmyk separation, etc. I know a
little about ICC profiles but sometimes you just don't need your photo to be
altered, sometimes you use cmyk values at purpose or some special black
generation technique. I don't want my pictures to be re-sharpened either.
Please let me know your comments.
Thanks
