Default Calibrator / Adobe Gamma Questions

Hi to all in the list

It seems that the yellow cast bug is still present in the default
calibrator
shipping with ColorSync 3.0.1 german. Can anybody confirm this?

I'm having troubles calibrating some (3 of 20) Samtron monitors
connected to G3s or G4s. They seem to send their information in
a wrong way to the default calibrator. So everything gets yellow
in photoshop.

Also, I found a design error in the default calibrator. Where is the
option that was available in the version 2.6 to tell the calibrator
what the colortemperature of my monitor is set to.

For this reason, is Adobe Gamma freeware in case I install it
of a tryout cd?
