Thanks to various posters regarding checking that PS6 is using
the monitor profile you want it to. Indeed, I confirm that on
both double-monitor setups I use, it is *not* doing so - it's
showing the palette monitors profile in Color Settings.
My System Profile shows the correct profile for my larger imaging
monitor and when I go into Monitors->Color, each monitor shows
its correct profile. The "other" profile doesn't even appear on
each monitor's display of Monitor (as has been recently pointed out).
If I launch PS6 from my main imaging monitor, it uses the correct
profile, but of course I don't want to do that - I want all the menus/
palettes on the palette monitor. So PS6 will use either profile
but only depending on which monitor it is launched from.
I cannot find a way to launch PS6 from the palette monitor and have it
use the monitor profile for the imaging monitor. I'm using Photocal/MC7
to create the profiles in this case.
What's the secret?
