You can do a double conversion in Photoshop using "profile to profile" or
"convert to profile" (v5 and v6), by first converting from your RGB
workingspace to your press profile (perceptual or relative colorimetric is
most likely here) then converting again from there to your Epson RGB space.
This last conversion is typically absolute colorimetric, but with an RGB
output device the resulting black generation is converted to an extreme
skeleton curve, generating slight posterization near black. Otherwise its a
pretty good proof.
