Macbeth Color Check DC and Fine Art Reproduction

Is anyone out there using the Color Checker DC Chart when doing fine art Reproduction?
I have been using it now for about 8 months and I am getting different results. I have been using both Profile Maker 3.1.4 and Color Synergy 4.5 to build my DCAM modules. I use a Better Light 6K scan back and light all my artwork with Daylight flourecent lights.
Anyone else have direct experience with this?
