Generate an artificial profile that will completely mess up an image unless
the profile is correctly applied. Make it so that if the wrong LUT is used
then the image will come out bright green or as a negative or with color
ripples. Make the LUTs bizarre enough that you can see if the program
ignores some aspect you would like to test. Also make each piece of profile
unique enough that you can identify what the program actually did.
Only if the profile is correctly applied should the image look correct. The
bizarre profile is not intended to be useful or real - it is only for
testing purposes only. Not sure what (if any) profile editors will allow
you to create this profile. Also, the image should already be in this
bizarre color space so that applications that decide to do nothing will be
obvious.
