It's a nice printer/RIP combo based on Canon BJC8500. When using their media
and special ink set you can great simulation prints of the big brother Iris'
Some minor gripes but all in all a great printer/RIP combo. One problem is
that the RIP does not support any dot gain or ink limiting combo. This will
be fixed in a future version. Use a profiling product that can linearize and
spec TAC to get around the problem. Actually, if you use their ink/paper
combo you won't have any problems. Supports device link profiles and works
on a Mac! Decent interface and separate cleaning of each cartridge to
conserve ink when cleaning the ink heads. Much better interface and bug free
compared to BestC Designer Edition in version v1
