If you're profiling in rgb the above mentioned parameters don't count. If
you're going through a true 4 colour rip it depends on the linearisation of
the rip/ printer (not the 1280 in this case). The best is to have a short of
a black as possible and let the profile correct the dot gain. GCR isn't
really necessary with inkjets as to maintain a rich composite black it's
better at it's full values leaving the colour gamut extend to it's
boundaries using a minimum of black in all cases. Some rips allow 100%k to
print non composite and at 100% black limited to the press density
equivalent.
You'll probably want to watch for the resulting overcorrection of the
yellows as there is enough optical brightener to cause problems.
