Since Epson appears to be spooling the document to the server, unlike most
other inkjet drivers that work with USB Printer Sharing, I would guess that
ColorSync jobs would work fine as long as the needed printer profiles
existed on the server side.

With other printers, the job is ripped on the client side and the driver
output is then piped to the remote printer. In those cases, ColorSync should
work fine.
