Trimming and slimming with LCD's -:)

OK, here's maybe a reason to shift to an LCD:

a. circulatory disorders are for deskbound workers what aching joints were for manual workers 30 years ago,

b. deskbound workers are often at liberty to wear what they please, as long as they keep their brains up to steam,

c. biking is what you do on trips around town, and you can do it at the desk, except for the darn monitor,

d. haul an exercise bike that weighs about as much as you do into the office and push it under one of the elevatable desks,

e. and watch the bike's big magnetic brake make any CRT demo the northern lights you thought were the main attraction of arctic tourism -:) ... ,

f. so if the mechanical props are able to do it, the desks and the bikes, what of non-CRT monitors?

CRT's are sensitive to ambient magnetism (read: really sensitive), but what of LCD's?

Thanks in advance
